These terms are a contract between you and ALEMI LLC, a Nevada limited liability company at 10175 W Twain Ave, Suite 120, Las Vegas, NV 89147, operating https://alemi.site. By using the website, requesting a dental visit, or buying a digital product, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Services

Alemi provides (1) information and visit requests for the dental practice, and (2) paid software tools that take a photo you upload and return a document-style selfie or tailored portrait for your own legitimate application (passport, visa, license, or similar). A visit request is not a confirmed appointment until the front desk contacts you. Generated photos are not a government document and do not replace an in-person DMV, passport, or embassy appointment.

Website content is general information. It is not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or a substitute for an in-person exam.

Photo products and acceptable use

You may upload only photos you have the right to use, typically of yourself. You must use the output as yourself for a lawful application. You may not use the service to impersonate someone else, to create or alter identity documents, to submit a false photo as another person, or to commit fraud. We may refuse, delay, or delete an order that appears abusive or illegal, and we may report it.

Payments

Paid products are charged in U.S. dollars through Stripe. By paying, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected method for the listed price and applicable tax. Prices may change before you check out. You are responsible for the accuracy of the photo and details you submit.

Refunds

Digital photo orders are generally non-refundable once a result has been delivered. If generation fails on our side, or a charge was clearly duplicated, email jabran@alemi.site within 7 days and we will refund or re-run the order. Dental visit requests are not a paid product unless a deposit is clearly disclosed at checkout. See refund policy.

Accounts and availability

We may suspend access for unpaid charges, abuse, or legal risk. The site is provided as available. Outages, third-party maps, processors, or model failures can happen. We are not liable for lost profits, failed government applications, or travel missed because a photo was rejected by a third party.

Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by Nevada law, ALEMI LLC’s total liability for a paid photo order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Clark County, Nevada have exclusive venue, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
