Refund policy

Digital photo products sold on alemi.site are generally final once a result is delivered. If our system fails to generate a file, you were charged twice, or the charge was unauthorized, email jabran@alemi.site within 7 days with the Stripe receipt or confirmation ID. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

We do not refund because a government office, DMV, or airline rejected a photo for a rule we do not control (lighting, background, recency, or in-person requirements). Dental appointments are not prepaid unless a deposit is shown at checkout.
