ALEMI LLC (“Alemi,” “we,” “us”) operates https://alemi.site and the dental practice at 10175 W Twain Ave, Suite 120, Las Vegas, NV 89147. This policy covers the website, visit requests, and paid digital products, including photo tools that create a document-style portrait from an image you upload.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect your name, email, phone number, appointment preferences, insurance carrier, payment confirmation, and photos or files you upload. We also receive basic device and log data (browser, IP address, pages viewed) to keep the site working and detect abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to schedule dental visits, process payments, generate the photo result you requested, provide customer support, and meet legal or fraud-prevention duties. We do not sell personal information. We do not use uploaded photos to train public AI models.

Mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected on this site are used only to schedule visits, confirm orders, and reply to you.

Payments (Stripe)

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe receives the payment details you enter and sends us a confirmation (for example, a payment ID, last four digits, and amount). Stripe’s privacy policy applies to data it processes: https://stripe.com/privacy

Photos you upload

If you use a paid photo tool, you upload an image so we can return a tailored portrait for your own legitimate document application (for example, a passport, visa, or license photo that you will submit as yourself). Uploads are used only to fulfill that order. You should not upload photos of other people without their permission. We may delete source and generated files after delivery, or keep them briefly to complete refunds or investigate abuse.

Health information

Clinical records created once you become a dental patient are kept under applicable federal and Nevada privacy rules. Those records are separate from website forms and photo-product files. You may request a copy of dental records by writing to jabran@alemi.site or visiting the front desk with current photo identification.

Sharing

We share information with vendors who help us run the service (hosting, email, Stripe, and image processing) only as needed to provide it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect ALEMI LLC, our patients, or the public. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies

The site may use essential cookies or local storage to keep a session, remember a form, or complete checkout. We do not use phone numbers or uploaded photos for advertising networks.

Retention and your requests

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, plus records we must keep for tax, dental, or legal reasons. Email jabran@alemi.site to ask for access, correction, or deletion of website or photo-product data, subject to those legal holds.
